چکیده

Abstract Introduction In men, estrogen is produced in the testis by Sertoli cell, Leydig cell and germ cells that play an important role maturation capacitation of sperms. The action mediated two specific Receptors: Estrogen receptors α (ESRα) receptor β (ESRβ). polymorphisms ERβ gene confer a lower sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) thus stronger unbound effect, which may adversely affect human spermatogenesis. SHBG involved both delivering reproductive hormones to target tissues controlling concentration androgens estrogens serum tissues. Two silent G/A ER□ genes i.e., rs1256049 rs4986938 have been demonstrated. polymorphism studied at 1082G>A presented contrary results. Objective study aims demonstrate prevalence Receptor Beta (ERβ) (1082G>A; rs1256049) ethnicities Asian Caucasian, its association with risk male infertility. Methods databases PUBMED NCBI were searched retrieve case-control studies, published from 2005 date, regarding infertility selected for this meta-analysis. Results A total 10 studies out 85articles (6 + 4 Caucasian), including 1613 cases 1654 controls, determiningERβ met inclusion criteria. Significant (p<0.05) was found between on basis all four genetic models i.e. Allelic model (A vs G: OR= 1.19, 95% CI [1.00-1.43], I2 = 62%), additive (AA GG: 0.54, [0.31-0.94], 0%), dominant (AA+AG 1.37, [1.11-1.69], 52%) recessive AG+GG: 0.55, [0.32-0.96], 0%). case Caucasian population, significantly associated allelic 2.10, [1.31-3.36], 37%) as well 2.70, [1.62-4.51], 72%), whereas it had significant [0.31-0.96], 0%) only. Conclusions (rs1256049 1082G>A) linked higher has more severe effect population than population. Disclosure No

Genetic Association Between Androgen Receptor Gene CAG Repeat Length Polymorphism and Male Infertility: A Meta-Analysis

The association between polymorphism of androgen receptor gene CAG (AR-CAG) and male infertility in several studies was controversial. Based on studies on association between AR-CAG repeat length and male infertility in recent years, an updated meta-analysis is needed. We aimed to evaluate the association between AR-CAG repeat length and male infertility in advantage of the data in all publishe...

P-196: Association rs3819392 Single Nucleotide Polymorphism within The KIT Gene with Azoospermic Male Infertility

Background: Recent studies have shown that KIT is expressed in the cytoplasm of the spermatogonia, acrosomal granules and leydig cells. Reduction in KIT expression in oligozoospermia with an increase in the germ cell apoptosis process. Three single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) have been identified and these have been studied to discover KIT role in the male infertility. The aim of this study...

Association the study of between CGA rs6631A>T gene polymorphism with the risk of male infertility

Introduction: The CGA gene encodes alpha subunit of glycoprotein hormones that are involved in the fertility process. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between glycoprotein hormones, alpha polypeptide (CGA)  rs6631A> T gene polymorphism with the risk of men with azoospermia or severe oligozoospermia. Methods:  This study was conducted in a case-control study on 200 bloo...

Association between 3801T>C Polymorphism of CYP1A1 and Idiopathic Male Infertility Risk: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

BACKGROUND Epidemiological studies have evaluated the association between 3801T>C polymorphism of CYP1A1 gene and the risk for idiopathic male infertility, but the results are inconclusive. We aimed to derive a more precise estimation of the relationship by conducting a meta-analysis of case-control studies. METHODS This study conformed to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and ...

SPO11-C631T Gene Polymorphism: Association With Male Infertility and an in Silico-Analysis

OBJECTIVE To investigate the association of C631T single nucleotide polymorphisms in SPO11 gene with male infertilityfollowed by an in silico approach. SPO11 is a gene involved in meiosis and spermatogenesis process, which in humans, this gene is located on chromosome 20 (20q13.2-13.3) with 13 exons. MATERIALS AND METHODS In a case-control study, 200 blood samples were collected from the IVF ...
